Dr. John Vasko, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. John Vasko has been practicing in New Mexico since 2002. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1979 and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1982. Originally, Dr. Vasko started Vasko Chiropractic Clinic in Runnemede, New Jersey. For the past 14 years, Dr. Vasko has been providing excellent care to adults and children of all ages at Albuquerque Alternative Health. Dr. John Vasko strives to help each patient achieve better health and wellness. He provides the most up-to-date techniques and procedures used in chiropractic adjustments as he is always learning. His dedication to his patients shines through in the service that he and his staff provide.
Lexy
Chiropractic Technician
Lexy is here to help you with your exam, consultations and x-rays at Albuquerque Alternative Health. Lexy consults with patients about their stress levels, diet and exercise habits, areas of pain, the severity levels of pain and the patient’s health history. From there, Lexy will conduct a short exam checking balance and posture and she has patients go through several different range of motion exercises to see what restrictions the muscles and spine may have. Lexy has been working with chiropractors for about four years and she is very passionate about the optimal health that chiropractic care promotes.
